Family Constellations, with Teka and Bruna. Group work that lets you look at the dynamics and bonds of the family (and other systems) in a symbolic and deep way, to gain clarity and open space for new possibilities.
You can take part ("constellate", bringing your own theme to be worked on in the group) or observe, following the work of the other participants.
Time: 3:00pm–6:30pm. Prices: €50 to constellate, €15 to observe.
Location: Ocean Yoga Caparica, Rua do Juncal, 5C, Torre das Argolas, Costa da Caparica (near the tax office and the bus terminal).
