An inner journey with eyes closed, guided by music.
Innerdance with Cristina: an experience of deep relaxation and expanded awareness, guided by music and sound. Lying down or moving spontaneously, each person lives the experience at their own pace, in a safe and welcoming space.
Time: 5:00pm–7:00pm. Price: €50.
Suggestion: bring comfortable clothes, a blanket and water.
Location: Ocean Yoga Caparica, Rua do Juncal, 5C, Torre das Argolas, Costa da Caparica (near the tax office and the bus terminal).
