A sound relaxation experience.
SoundHealing, with Johanna. An experience of deep relaxation with sound: lying comfortably, you let the vibrations and sounds cradle the body and quiet the mind. No previous experience needed.
Time: 5:00pm–7:00pm. Price: €15.
Suggestion: bring comfortable clothes, a blanket and a cushion.
Location: Ocean Yoga Caparica, Rua do Juncal, 5C, Torre das Argolas, Costa da Caparica (near the tax office and the bus terminal).
