Tibetan Sound Healing, with Sofia

An hour of relaxation with Tibetan sounds.
Tibetan Sound Healing with Sofia: one hour of deep relaxation to the sound of Tibetan instruments and sounds. All you need to do is lie down, close your eyes and let the sound surround you.
Time: 7:30pm–8:30pm. Price: €20.
Suggestion: bring comfortable clothes, a blanket and, if you like, a mat and cushion.
Location: Ocean Yoga Caparica, Rua do Juncal, 5C, Torre das Argolas, Costa da Caparica (near the tax office and the bus terminal).
