Beach Yoga, with Susana

An outdoor yoga class on the beach, to the sound of the sea.
Beach Yoga class, with Susana, outdoors on Praia Nova, on the last Sunday of every month. One hour of yoga in the open air, to the rhythm of the sea, to connect with your body, your breath and nature.
Time: 10:00am–11:00am. Admission by donation. Subject to weather conditions: in bad weather the class may be cancelled.
Meeting point: by the boardwalk in front of the studio (Praia Nova, Costa da Caparica).
Suggestion: bring a mat or towel, water, comfortable clothes and sunscreen.
