Individual family constellations are one-to-one sessions to bring to light the family dynamics that, often without our noticing, shape how we live our relationships, our work and our own lives.
You begin by sharing what you want to look at, and from there the session guides you towards a new perspective and new ways of being in relationships, in a respectful, welcoming setting.
