Rate classes, therapies and events

   A few hours after a class you came to (or the next morning, if it ended at night), a card appears on Home: How was the class?

   Tap the sea stars: the big ones are for the class. Below them, smaller, are the teacher's (technique, communication and empathy). Any tap already saves; nothing is required.

   If you like, write a comment. It is optional: tap Done and you are finished.

   Not now? Tap Not now, in the corner of the card.

After you rate a class, the card only comes back when you come to a different class or one with another teacher, and we only send you a reminder (on your phone or by email) from time to time.

Rate an older class, a therapy or an event

In Me → My classes you see the classes you came to, with the stars you gave or the Rate button, and below them your therapies and events. Tap one to rate it or change the rating.

Who sees what

Class ratings are anonymous for teachers: they only see averages and comments without names. Only the studio's management sees who gave each rating. Those of therapies and events are seen by management only. Comments delete themselves after 12 months.
