Yoga for Seniors, with Sónia. A yoga class designed for seniors, with gentle, adapted movements, breathing and relaxation, to gain mobility, balance and wellbeing at your own pace. No previous experience needed.
Time: 10:30am–11:30am. Price: €10. The class takes place with a minimum of 5 participants.
Location: Ocean Yoga Caparica, Rua do Juncal, 5C, Torre das Argolas, Costa da Caparica (near the tax office and the bus terminal).
