We are a group open to anyone who wants to practise and share Reiki, affiliated with the Associação Portuguesa de Reiki. We meet at the Ocean Yoga studio in Costa da Caparica.

Some meetings are for people already trained and some for people who have never tried it. They are free or by donation, as each one says.

Questions about Reiki

  • What is Reiki?

    It is a practice that comes from Japan. The person receiving Reiki lies or sits down, fully dressed, and the person giving it rests their hands on or near the body. Many people say they feel deeply calm. It does not replace medical or psychological care.

  • I have never done Reiki. Can I come?

    Of course. Some meetings are open to everyone, to find out about Reiki and try it, and some are practice meetings for people who are already trained. Each activity says who it is for.

  • How much does it cost?

    The Núcleo’s activities are free or by donation. Each one says which.

  • Where is it?

    At the Ocean Yoga studio in Costa da Caparica. The address and directions are further up, under «Where».

  • How do I sign up?

    Tap «Sign up» on the activity you want to come to. You sign up in the Ocean app, so we know how many people to expect.

  • Can I have a Reiki session just for me?

    The Núcleo’s meetings are in a group. For a one-to-one session, see the studio’s therapies.
