Osteopathy
Mobility and pain relief
Osteopathy is a manual approach that looks at the body as a whole. With gentle techniques, joints, muscles and tissues are worked on to restore mobility, ease pain and improve posture.
The session begins with a conversation about your history and what brought you here, and the treatment is adapted to you. It does not replace medical care.
Who it’s for
For anyone with muscle pain or tension, back or neck pain, a stiff body, or who wants to gain mobility. Every case is different: in the consultation we work out whether osteopathy makes sense for you. If you’re seeing a doctor or physio, let us know before the consultation.
What a consultation is like
After the first conversation, we look at your posture and how your body moves. The treatment is manual and adapted to you, so always say how you feel.
Frequently asked questions
How much is an osteopathy consultation?
The length and price are on this page, always up to date.
Does osteopathy help with back pain?
Many people come to osteopathy for back or muscle pain. Every case is different and we can’t guarantee results. In the consultation we assess how you feel and, if needed, refer you to your doctor.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes and any recent test results. Please also tell us about any medication you take.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No. You can book directly.
How many consultations will I need?
It depends on each person. We’ll talk about it at the first consultation.
Can I come if I’m pregnant?
Talk to us before booking, so we can see what makes sense for you.
Does osteopathy replace a doctor?
No. If you have strong or lasting pain, talk to your doctor too. Our osteopathy team will also recommend this if it applies to you.
