Online Meditation Course, with Susana

with Susana

Online meditation course, 8 weeks, on Sundays: breath, body, thoughts, emotions, self-compassion and a sustainable practice.

What if you spent 90 minutes a week getting to know your mind better, cultivating calm and building a more conscious relationship with yourself?

In a daily life shaped by hurry, constant stimulation and demands, meditation invites us to pause, observe and be present. Over 8 weeks, we will explore different meditation practices, combining knowledge, experience and self-awareness.

Programme (8 sessions) 1. Introduction to meditation: What meditation is, the main myths, and how to start a practice. 2. Breath and mindfulness: The breath as an anchor to the present moment. 3. Body awareness: Learning to listen to the body and recognise signs of tension. 4. Thoughts and rumination: Observing mental activity without getting caught up in every thought. 5. Emotions and self-regulation: Cultivating emotional awareness and learning to respond with more balance. 6. Self-compassion and acceptance: Developing a kinder, more conscious relationship with ourselves. 7. Silence and presence: Exploring attention, inner silence and different forms of meditation. 8. Integrating meditation into life: Building a sustainable personal practice for everyday life.

Scientific research has shown that structured meditation and mindfulness programmes can help reduce stress, anxiety and rumination, supporting psychological well-being.

No previous experience needed. Just curiosity and willingness to explore.
